摘  要:“补肾益髓埋线法”是国家级名老中医张家维教授根据围绝经期综合征肾虚这一基本病机,在“肾藏精,主生长发育与生殖”的中医理论基础上,结合“深内而久留之,以治顽疾”理论,创设的一种治疗围绝经期综合征的有效方法。张家维教授将肾俞、关元、三阴交三穴相配伍进行穴位埋线,相辅相成,补脾益肾,调和阴阳,共奏补肾益髓之功,每获良效,值得借鉴。文章试从围绝经期综合征的病因病机出发,从病因辨证配穴的角度探讨张家维教授“补肾益髓埋线法”治疗围绝经期综合征的理论意义。"Nourishing Kidney and Marrow Embedding Therapy" is an effective method for treating perimenopausal syndrome invented by the national famous veteran physician of TCM professor Zhang Jia-wei, according to the kidney empty in perimenopausal syndrome, based on the theory basis that "kidney stores essence, regulating growth and reproduction", combining with theory that "deep and stay to cure chronic diseases". Professor Zhang Jia-wei matched Shenyu(BL 23), Guanyuan(CV 4) and Sanyinjiao(SP 6) for acupoint embedding to tonify spleen and kidney and harmonize Yin and Yang, playing the effect of benefiting kidney and marrow together. As a result, the superior efficacy was achieved, so worthy of learning. This paper discusses the theoretical significance of professor Zhang Jia-wei’s "Nourishing Kidney and Marrow Embedding Therapy" in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome from the perspective of matching acupoints according to etiology differentiation, based on the etiology and pathogenesis of perimenopausal syndrome.
