基于数据挖掘的电针治疗骨质疏松症腧穴谱及刺激参数研究

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘方法,总结临床研究中电针治疗骨质疏松症的腧穴谱及电针刺激参数,为规范针灸临床、高效治疗骨质疏松症提供参考依据。方法计算机检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库、pubmed英文数据库等,对电针治疗骨质疏松的临床研究文献按照纳入、排除标准选择合格文献,提取文献基本信息、选取腧穴、电针刺激参数等信息,建立数据库,采用频数分析方法总结文献中选取的腧穴及电针波形、频率、刺激时间、刺激强度等参数的规律。结果经筛选,共纳入25篇文献,23篇中文文献,2篇英文文献;电针治疗骨质疏松使用频率最高的腧穴为肾俞穴,其次为脾俞穴、委中穴、命门穴、足三里穴等,腧穴归经以足太阳膀胱经、督脉、任脉穴为主;电针刺激参数中波形多以疏密波为主,刺激时间以30min为多,刺激强度多以患者耐受为度,刺激频率12篇文献未提及,提及文献未出现明显的规律性。结论电针治疗骨质疏松症的腧穴谱为肾俞、脾俞、委中、命门、足三里穴;电针刺激参数选择标准不统一,需要做进一步的研究制定合理规范的标准。Objective Based on the data mining method, the acupoint spectra and electroacupuncture related stimulation parameters of electroacupuncture for osteoporosis in clinical studies were summarized.Methods To search CNKI,VIP,wanfang database and pubmed and according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, eligible literatures were selected for the clinical research literatures related to electroacupuncture in the treatment of osteoporosis. Relevant information was extracted and a database was established, and the selected acupoints and electroacupuncture waveform, frequency, stimulus time, stimulus intensity and other information in the literature were summarized and analyzed. Results After screening, a total of 25 articles, 23 Chinese articles and 2 English articles were included.The most frequently used acupoints for the treatment of osteoporosis were Shenshu, followed by Pishu, Weizhong, Mingmen and Zusanli. In the electroacupuncture stimulation parameters, the waveform is mainly the densification wave, the stimulation time is mostly 30 min, the stimulation intensity is mostly patient tolerance, the stimulation frequency is not mentioned in 12 literatures, and there is no obvious regularity in the mentioned literatures. Conclusion Electroacupuncture is mainly used for the treatment of osteoporosis in Shenshu, Pishu, Weizhong, Mingmen and Zusanli acupoints. However, there is no unified standard for the selection of electroacupuncture stimulation parameters, and further research is needed to establish reasonable and standard standards.
