摘  要:针对某企业自主研发的特种高性能车辆,其连续运行几小时甚至十几小时后,由于其运行工况的特殊性使得换挡执行元件(换挡电磁阀)出现工作不稳定等现象。针对这一现象,基于AMESim数值模拟方法,设计出一款既能解决实际问题又提升了该车型换挡平顺性能的换挡电磁阀,其结构上具有新颖性和独创性。For a special high-performance vehicle developed by an enterprise,after running for several hours or even more than ten hours,because of the particularity of its operating condition,the shift actuator(shift solenoid valve)appears unstable and so on.Aiming at this phenomenon,a new electromagnetic valve based on AMESim was designed,which could not only solve the practical problems but also improve the performance of the vehicle.
