摘 要:介绍了平面波全聚焦技术的基本原理,进行性能测试,并和相控阵超声扇扫的结果进行对比。设计了平面波全聚焦超声技术专用探头,用于转子焊接接头缺陷、叶根缺陷以及红套叶轮缺陷检测,证明了该项检测技术在核电站常规岛应用的可行性。The fundamental principle of the plane wave total focusing method imaging technology has been introduced.Performance of plane wave image total focusing method comparing with those of conventional phased array ultrasonic sectorial scan and dynamic depth focusing sectorial has also been tested.Customized array probes have been developed to test the defects in turbine weld shaft,blade root,shrunk-on disc with plane wave image total focusing method technology.It can be affirmed that the plane wave image total focusing method has bright prospects for application in conventional island of nuclear power plants.
