摘 要:目的:观察三丫苦叶提取物对高尿酸血症(HUA)模型大鼠尿酸合成相关酶的影响。方法:48只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、别嘌醇组、三丫苦叶提取物组。建立HUA大鼠模型,检测造模和给药前后各组大鼠黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOR)和磷酸核糖焦磷酸合成酶(PRPS)。结果:与正常对照组比较,造模后各实验组大鼠XOR和PRPS水平均显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型对照组比较,给药后7天、15天、30天别嘌醇组和三丫苦叶提取物组XOR和PRPS不同程度降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。与别嘌醇组比较,给药后7天三丫苦叶提取物组XOR水平升高(P<0.05)。给药后15天、30天,三丫苦叶提取物组PRPS降低(P<0.05)。结论:三丫苦叶提取物对HUA模型大鼠XOR和PRPS水平有调节作用。Objective:To observe the effect of extracts from Evodia lepta leaves on the enzymes related to uric acid synthesis in hyperuricemia(HUA)model rats.Method:48 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,allopurinol group and Evodia lepta leaves extract group.HUA rat model were established.Xanthine oxidase(XOR)and phosphoribose pyrophosphate synthase(PRPS)in each group of rats before and after modeling and administration was detected.Result:Compared with that of the normal control group,the level of XOR and PRPS in rats of each experimental group increased significantly after modeling(P<0.01).Compared with that of the model control group,the XOR and PRPS of the allopurinol group and Evodia lepta leaves extract group were reduced in different extent 7 d,15 d,and 30 d after administration(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Compared with the allopurinol group,the XOR level in Evodia lepta leaves extract group increased 7 d after administration(P<0.05).15 d and 30 d after administration,the PRPS level of Evodia lepta leaves extract group decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evodia lepta leaves extract can regulate the levels of XOR and PRPS in HUA model rats.
