三黄四物汤加味内外并治糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察三黄四物汤加味内外并治糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:60例随机分为治疗组30例及对照组30例,治疗组在常规治疗上加用三黄四物汤加味内服外洗,对照组在常规治疗上加用依巴斯汀口服,2周为一疗程,共观察4个疗程。结果:治疗组血糖、皮肤瘙痒症状、中医证候改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三黄四物汤加味内外并治糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症血虚风燥证可有效改善血糖、皮肤瘙痒症状及中医证候,安全有效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Sanhuang Siwu Decoction on diabetic skin pruritus with additional integrants by internal and external administration.Method:60 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The treatment group were treated with Sanhuang Siwu Decoction with additional integrants by orally taking and externally washing while the control group were treated with Ebastine orally.2 weeks as one course of treatment,4 courses of treatment were observed.Result:The improvement of blood sugar,skin pruritus and TCM syndromes in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanhuang Siwu Decoction can effectively improve blood sugar,skin pruritus symptoms and TCM syndromes in treating diabetic skin pruritus with wind dryness due to blood deficiency syndrome,safely and effectively.
