探讨糖尿病患者采用二甲双胍联合利格列汀治疗的降血糖效果

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患者采用二甲双胍联合利格列汀治疗的降血糖效果。方法选取2019年3月-2020年3月收治的糖尿病患者94例,按照抽签的方法将其分为对照组(n=47)和研究组(n=47),对照组采用安慰剂与二甲双胍联合的方式进行治疗,研究组采用二甲双胍与利格列汀联合的方式进行治疗,对两组患者的降糖效果及不良反应发生率进行比较。结果研究组患者的血糖控制情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者采用二甲双胍与利格列汀联合的方式进行治疗,降血糖效果较为显著,且不良反应发生率较低。Objective To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of metformin combined with linagliptin in diabetic patients.Methods 94 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=47)and study group(n=47)according to the method of drawing lots.The control group was treated with placebo combined with metformin,and the study group was treated with metformin and linagliptin.The hypoglycemic effect and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared Compared with.Results The blood glucose control of the study group was obviously due to the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of metformin and linagliptin in the treatment of diabetic patients has significant hypoglycemic effect and low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
