白针针刺不同穴位对腹泻家兔肠道组织及胃肠激素的影响

摘　　要：选取30只健康新西兰大耳白家兔随机分为空白对照组、腹泻模型组、后三里(ST-36)组、后海(GV-1)组、大肠俞(BL-25)组。除空白组外,其他家兔应用番泻叶水浸液建立腹泻模型,同时治疗组在不同穴位用白针针刺20 min。结果显示,与空白对照组相比,腹泻模型组家兔体质量增长缓慢,肛周污秽,体内胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、血清素(5-HT)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、P物质(SP)含量均显著升高,HE染色显示小肠绒毛萎缩甚至脱落,绒毛高度、隐窝深度及比值均降低(P<0.05)。白针ST-36、GV-1、BL-25均可明显提高家兔体质量,缓解腹泻症状,降低血液中GAS、MTL、5-HT、VIP含量,修复肠道组织绒毛,增加绒毛高度、隐窝深度及比值,减少杯状细胞,降低肠道组织SP的表达,3个穴位中以ST-36的作用最为突出。结果表明,这3个穴位能够缓解番泻叶引起的腹泻,改善肠道组织结构,调节肠道运动,同时调节神经肽的含量,进而调节胃肠运动和分泌。The purpose of this experiment is to explore the dry needle effect of different acupoints on diarrhea rabbits.Thirty healthy New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into control group,diarrhea model group,ST-36 group,GV-1 group and BL-25 group.Except the control group,all the rabbits in other groups took senna leaf to induce the diarrhea.Other than the model group,the other 3 groups received dry needle on ST-36,GV-1 and BL-25 for 20 minutes,respectively.The results showed that compared with the control group,the weight gain of the rabbits in the diarrhea group was slowly and the perianal area was filthy.The contents of gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),serotonin(5-HT),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and substance P(SP)were all significantly increased.HE staining showed that the villi of small intestine were atrophic or even exfoliated,and the villi height,crypt depth and ratio were all decreased(P<0.05).Acupuncture at ST-36,GV-1,BL-25 can significantly increase the weight gain,relieve diarrhea,reduce the content of GAS,MTL,5-HT and VIP,repair intestinal villi,increase villi height,crypt depth and ratio,reduce goblet cells,and inhibit the expression of SP in intestinal tissue.ST-36 is the best one among the three acupoints.The results indicated that the 3 acupoints had a protective effect on reliving the diarrhea,improving histological structure,regulating gastrointestinal hormone and neuropeptide,so as to balance gastrointestinal motility.
