摘　　要：煤层气用无杆泵是L型水平井大规模推广应用的关键保障,目前无杆泵运行过程中会产生油水混合物,存在一定的环保风险,本文研制了无杆泵油水分离装置,包括分离箱、进水系统、集油排油系统、排水系统4个主要部分,现场试验取得了很好的效果,大幅降低了环保风险,保障了无杆泵及L型水平井的推广应用。Rodless pump drainage technology for CBM development is the key security for the popularization and application of L-type horizontal well.At present,oil-water mixture may be produced in the operation of rodless pump drainage technology,which results in certain environmental risks.This paper has developed the oil-water separation unit,including four major parts of separation box,water inlet system,oil collecting and drainage system and water drainage system.The pilot test achieves good effect,which greatly reduces the risk of environmental protection,and facilitates greatly the popularization and application of L-type horizontal well.
