摘  要:以某煤矿机械公司采煤机驱动轮加工过程为研究对象,针对目前驱动轮出现的生产供应不及时问题,对比分析了该问题的传统经验式解决思路和方法,提出了应用系统仿真的解决思路与方案。与传统经验式分析方法相对比,采用Witness软件对采煤机驱动轮加工过程进行仿真,通过建立数字模型,运用可视化动态界面的动态仿真技术,能够定量提出优化生产设备利用率、减少库存量和生产资金占用、优化产品生产工艺的优化方案,从而直观有效地为生产管理和工艺布局优化提供决策支持。Taking the process of driving wheel of shearer in a coal mining machinery company as the research object,aiming at the untimely problem that the production and supply of driving wheel,the traditional empirical solutions and methods were compared and analyzed,and the solution ideas and schemes of application system simulation were put forward.Compared with the traditional empirical analysis method,Witness software was used to simulate the processing process of shearer driving wheel.Through the establishment of digital model and the dynamic simulation technology of visual dynamic interface,the optimization scheme of optimizing the utilization rate of production equipment,reducing the inventory and the occupation of production funds,and optimizing the production process could be put forward quantitatively,so as to directly and effectively manage the production decision support was provided for process layout optimization.
