摘 要:由于钻装锚一体机一般不设置固定装置,在掘进工作面无法与底板形成可靠附着力,在工作过程中存在移动或局部离地的可能。通过在扒斗垂直下挖、扒斗水平内扒和扒斗水平横扒三种工况下对钻装锚一体机进行力学分析,得出扒斗在不同工况下扒斗力的最大值,在此基础上得出钻装锚一体机稳定运行条件,为类似设备的设计提供了参考。Due to the fact that the drilling,assembling and anchoring machine was not equipped with fixed device,which could not form reliable adhesion with the bottom plate in the driving face,and there was the possibility of moving or local leaving the ground during the working process.Through the mechanical analysis of the drilling,assembling and anchoring machine under three working conditions,namely,the vertical downward digging of the bucket,the horizontal internal raking of the bucket and the horizontal horizontal raking of the bucket,the maximum value of the grab bucket force under different working conditions was obtained.On this basis,the stable operation conditions of the drilling,assembling and anchoring integrated machine were obtained,which could provide a reference for the design of similar equipment.
