摘 要:为了实现井下带式输送机安全生产和无故障运行的目标,曹家滩煤矿设计了一套智能矿用井下机器人巡检系统。利用智能化技术,通过数据采集,对影响输煤系统的数据进行特征抓取,并对抓取的数据进行融合与关联分析,最终将主煤流特征信息转化后进入规则库。经过实际应用表明,该系统可实现传统带式输送机监控系统、与机器人巡检系统与智能化的有机结合,达到“无人巡检”的工作状态,可以有效减轻维护人员的劳动强度。In order to achieve the goal of safe production and smooth operation of underground belt conveyor,a set of intelligent mine undarground robot patrol inspection system has been adopted in Caojiatan Coal Mine.Using the intelligent technology,through data collection,the characteristics of the data that affect the coal handling system have been captured,these captured data have been combined and analyzed,and the characteristics of the main coal flow have been transformed into the rule base.The practical application showed that the system can realize the organic combination of the traditional belt conveyor monitoring system,robot inspection system and intelligence,and achieve the working state of“pilotless inspection”,which can effectively reduce the labor intensity of maintenance personnel.
