摘　　要：对煤矿用GKT型提升机安全保护装置存在的不足进行了优化改进。采用接近开关、PLC、报警灯、转速表等设计一套安全保护系统与GKT提升机PLC控制系统相结合,优化提升机安全保护装置。采用具有冗余回油通道的液压站或对在用提升机液压站回油通道进行改造,使提升系统安全制动更加安全、可靠。通过改进方案该提升机可以符合《煤矿安全规程》的规定。The shortcomings of GKT type hoist safety protection device were optimized and improved.A set of safety protection system was designed by using proximity switch,PLC,alarm lamp,tachometer and so on,which was combined with GKT elevator PLC control system to optimize the safety protection device of hoist.The hydraulic station with redundant oil return channel was adopted or the oil return channel of the hoist hydraulic station in use was reformed to make the safety braking of the hoisting system more safe and reliable.Through the improvement scheme,the hoist can meet the requirements of No.423 and No.425 of Coal Mine Safety Regulations.
