摘　　要：我国自全面启动退耕还林工程以来,经过多年的建设发展,生态环境得到了较为显著的改善,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。但同时应该清楚的看到在取得成绩的背后,基层退耕还林工作还存在一些问题,极大地影响了退耕还林工作的成效。正是基于此,试图以基层退耕还林工作为研究对象,通过分析其存在的主要问题,找到做好基层退耕还林工作的主要对策,以供参考。Since China fully launched the project of returning farmland to forest,the ecological environment has been significantly improved,and remarkable achievements have also been made.However,there are still some problems at the grassroots level,which greatly affects the effectiveness of the work.In this regard,this article takes the work of returning farmland to forests at the grassroots level as the research object,analyzes its existing problems,and finds correct countermeasures for reference.
