摘 要:本试验旨在研究有机酸盐防霉剂及其复配制剂对黄曲霉菌生长的抑制效果。试验选取双乙酸钠、丁酸钠、丙酸钙和山梨酸钾等四种有机酸盐,按一定浓度添加到黄曲霉菌生长的培养基中,采用二倍逐级稀释法测定四种有机酸盐对黄曲霉菌的最小抑菌浓度(Minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC),采用涂布法和稀释平板计数法测定四种有机酸盐对黄曲霉菌的最小杀菌浓度(Minimum bactericidal concentration,MBC)和杀菌率。按照不同比例进行有机酸盐的复配,测定不同复配混合液的联合抑菌指数即分级抑菌指数(Fractional inhibitory concentration,FIC)。双乙酸钠、丁酸钠、丙酸钙和山梨酸钾对黄曲霉菌的MIC分别为32 mg/mL、32 mg/mL、64 mg/mL和64 mg/mL,对黄曲霉菌的MBC分别为32 mg/mL、32 mg/mL、64 mg/mL和128 mg/mL。双乙酸钠对黄曲霉菌的杀菌效果最佳,质量浓度为16 mg/mL、8 mg/mL和4 mg/mL时的杀菌率分别为98.6%、95.0%和92.1%。丁酸钠的杀菌效果次之,质量浓度为16 mg/mL、8 mg/mL和4 mg/mL时的杀菌率分别为91.2%、84.4%和72.0%。双乙酸钠与其他三种有机酸盐复配后均有协同作用,以双乙酸钠与山梨酸钾按照2:1复配效果最佳,混合有机酸盐的MIC为1 mg/mL。结果表明,四种有机酸盐中以双乙酸钠对黄曲霉菌的杀菌效果最强,双乙酸钠与山梨酸钾按照2:1复配效果最佳。The aim of this experiment was to study the inhibitory effects o organic acid fungicides and their mixtures on the growth of Aspergillus flavus.Four organic acid fungicides at a certain concentration such as sodium diacetate,sodium butyrate,calcium propionate and potassium sorbate were selected and added to the growth medium containing Aspergillus flavus.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)against Aspergillus flavus was determined by double step by step dilution method,and the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)and bactericidal rate were determined by coating method and dilution plate counting method.Organic acid fungicides were compound according to the different proportion,and then the combined inhibitory concentration i.e.the fractional inhibitory concentration(FIC)of different compound preparations was determined.The MICs of sodium diacetate,sodium butyrate,calcium propionate and potassium sorbate for Aspergillus flavus were 32 mg/mL,32 mg/mL,64 mg/mL and 64 mg/mL,respectively,and the MBC for Aspergillus flavus were 32 mg/mL,32 mg/mL,64 mg/mL and 128 mg/mL,respectively.The MICs of sodium diacetate,sodium butyrate,calcium propionate and potassium sorbate against Aspergillus flavus were 32 mg/mL,32 mg/mL,64 mg/mL and 64 mg/mL,respectively,and the MBC were 32 mg/mL,32 mg/mL,64 mg/mL and 128 mg/mL,respectively.Sodium diacetate had the best bactericidal effect on Aspergillus flavus.When the quality concentration of sodium diacetate was 16 mg/mL,8 mg/mL and 4 mg/mL,the bactericidal rate was 98.6%,95.0%and 92.1%,respectively.The antibacterial effect of sodium butyrate was the second.When the quality concentration of sodium butyrate was 16 mg/mL,8 mg/mL and 4 mg/mL,the bactericidal rate was 91.2%,84.4%and 72.0%,respectively.The synergistic effect of sodium diacetate and other 3 organic acid fungicides was observed.Sodium diacetate had synergistic effect with other three organic acid salts.Sodium diacetate and potassium sorbate had the best compound effect according to 2:1,and the MIC of mixed organic a
