摘 要:本试验旨在研究栖架舍饲散养模式对海兰褐蛋鸡在产蛋高峰期的产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响。试验选取600只40周龄的海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分成笼养组和栖架组,每组300只。试验期为41~44周龄,共4周。统计试验期内栖架组和笼养组蛋鸡的平均产蛋率、平均蛋重和平均料蛋比,并进行蛋品质的测定。栖架组和笼养组的平均产蛋率、平均蛋重和平均料蛋比均无显著差异(P>0.05);与笼养组相比,栖架组的蛋壳强度和蛋黄颜色分别提高了33.33%和13.75%(P<0.05)。结果表明,栖架舍饲散养模式对海兰褐蛋鸡在产蛋高峰期的产蛋性能无显著影响,但可以显著提高此期间的蛋壳强度和蛋黄颜色。The aim of the experiment was to study the effects of shelf house free range mode on the laying performance and egg quality of Hailan Brown laying hens.A total of 600 Hailan Brown laying hens aged 40 weeks were selected and randomly divided into cage group and shelf house free range mode group with 300 in each group.The experimental period was 41~44 weeks,4 weeks in total.The average egg production rate,average egg weight and average feed/egg ratio of cage group and shelf group were counted,and the egg quality was measured.There was no significant difference in the average egg production rate,average egg weight and average feed/egg ratio between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the cage group,the eggshell strength and yolk color of the shelf group significantly improved by 33.33%and 13.75%(P<0.05),respectively.The results showed that shelf house free range mode had no significant effect on the laying performance of Hailan Brown laying hens during the peak egg production,however,improved the egg shell strength,yolk color and egg quality significantly.
