摘 要:试验旨在建立黄芪多糖的生物活性检测模型。选取昆明鼠为试验动物,对8种黄芪多糖样品的生物活性进行检测,每种样品分别设置试验组和对照组,每组8只小鼠,共128只。以昆明鼠的体重(w)、脾脏重(s)和胸腺重(t)为自变量,以脾指数(y)为依变量,试验组和对照组分别建立直线和二次多项式模型。试验组脾指数与脾脏重间的相关系数为0.8958(P<0.01),二次多项式型模型为y1=-0.9236+0.0581w1+0.0861s1-6.9023×10^-3t1-2.0337×10^-3w1·s1+6.6188×10^-5s1·t1(R^2=0.9999);对照组脾指数与脾脏重间的相关系数为0.9578(P<0.01),二次多项式型模型为y2=-0.7633+0.0807s2+1.4076×10^-3w22+5.7323×10^-5t2^2-1.6158×10^-3w2·s2-3.0015×10^-4w2·t2(R^2=0.9999)。根据模型计算的8种样品试验组与对照组的脾指数拟合值及差值与实际检测结果完全一致。结果表明,二次多项式型模型比直线模型更适于黄芪多糖生物活性的检测。The aim of this experiment was to establish the model of Astragalus Polysaccharides bioactivity detection.Kunming mice were selected as experimental animals,and the biological activities of 8 kinds of Astragalus Polysaccharide samples were detected.Each sample was set up with experimental group and control group,with 8 mice in each group,a total of 128 mice.The body weight(w),spleen weight(s)and thymus weight(t)of Kunming rats were taken as independent variables,and spleen index(y)as dependent variables.Linear and quadratic polynomial models were established for the experimental group and the control group respectively.The correlation coefficient between spleen index and spleen weight was 0.8958(P<0.01).The optimal detection model was y1=-0.9236+0.0581w1+0.0861s1-6.9023×10^-3t1-2.0337×10^-3w1·s1+6.6188×10^-5s1·t1(R^2=0.999).In the control group,the correlation coefficient between spleen index and spleen weight was 0.9578(P<0.01).The optimal detection model was y2=-0.7633+0.0807s2+1.4076×10^-3w22+5.7323×10^-5t2^2-1.6158×10^-3w2·s2-3.0015×10^-4w2·t2(R^2=0.9999).According to the model,the fitting value and difference of spleen index between the experimental group and the control group were identical with the actual test results.The results showed that the quadratic polynomial model was more suitable for the detection of Astragalus Polysaccharides bioactivity than the linear model.
