摘　　要：目的了解宁德市各级医院病案信息管理现状,提高全市医院病案管理水平。方法对2017年1—12月宁德市52家各级医院病案科室人员及运行情况进行问卷调查。结果 52家医院独立病案科室只占15.38%,平均编制床位与病案管理人员配备比例82.92∶1;病案管理人员学历层次总体偏低,以大中专学历为主,占71.79%;职称以初级人员为主,占47.86%,并且24.79%管理人员没有专业职称;只有2人取得国家级编码证;继续教育机会较少。结论本市医院病案科室管理人员缺乏,学历职称层次、病案科室职能有待提高,医院管理者应更加重视病案科室建设,加强从业人员的培训和继续教育,以满足现代医院精细管理对病案信息工作的要求。Objective To acquire the current situation of the medical records management in Ningde city and improve the level of medical records management in hospitals of the city.Methods A field investigation was conducted on the medical records department of 52 hospitals in Ningde city from January to December 2017.Results The independent medical records department only accounted for 15.38%of the total.The average number of beds vs disease management personnel in the 52 hospitals was 82.92:1.The academic qualifications of the medical records management personnel were mainly college and technical secondary school degree,accounting for 71.79%.The junior personnel were the main,accounting for 47.86%,and 24.79%of the management personnel had no professional titles.Only two of them had obtained coding certificate,and the opportunities of further education for medical records management personnel were fewer.Conclusion There are still shortages in the medical record department of the hospitals in Ningde city,such as lacking of management personnel and low academic qualifications.The functions of the medical records department need to be further improved,and to meet the requirements of modern hospital management,hospital managers should pay more attention to the construction of medical records departments and strengthen the training and continuing education of management personnel.
