摘　　要：目的分析对高血压脑出血患者行以神经内镜联合球囊导管套件辅助下骨窗开颅手术治疗的临床效果。方法择取2018年3月—2019年5月本院收治的28例高血压脑出血患者,将其随机分组研究,对照组14例患者行以小骨窗开颅显微手术治疗,研究组14例患者行以神经内镜联合球囊导管套件辅助下小骨窗开颅手术治疗,分析两组临床效果。结果研究组手术出血量比对照组少,手术时间比对照组短(P<0.05);研究组血肿残余率比对照组低(χ2=4.762,P <0.05);研究组患者术后GOS预后良好率为71.43%(10/14),对照组患者术后GOS预后良好率为28.57%(4/14),比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血患者行以神经内镜联合球囊导管套件辅助下骨窗开颅手术治疗的临床效果确切。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of neuroendoscopy combined with balloon catheter kit assisted craniotomy for small bone window craniotomy.Methods 28 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage from March 2018 to May 2019 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into groups.The control group(n=14)were treated with small bone window craniotomy and the study group(n=14)were treated with neuroendoscopy combined with balloon catheter kit assisted the craniotomy under the small bone window,and analyzed the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The amount of surgical bleeding in the study group was less than that of the control group,and the operation time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the residual rate of hematoma in the study group was lower than that in the control group(χ2=4.762,P<0.05);the good rate of GOS prognosis of the study group was 71.43%(10/14),and which in the control group was 28.57%(4/14),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of neuroendoscopy combined with balloon catheter kit assisted lower bone window craniotomy for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is definite.
