摘　　要：目的对人工流产术后即刻放置不同宫内节育器(曼月乐宫内节育器和吉妮致美宫内节育器)预防再次妊娠的效果进行分析。方法本研究选取2014年1月—2019年1月在本院进行人工流产术且术后即刻放置宫内节育器的100例女性作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(50例,曼月乐宫内节育器)和对照组(50例,吉妮致美宫内节育器),对比两组效果。结果两组上环所需时间、术后2 h出血量、术后出血时间、不良反应总发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组1年续用率显著高于对照组,不良事件总发生率显著低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :人工流产术后即刻放置曼月乐宫内节育器的有效性和安全性更佳,但临床应用中应依据个体具体情况选择合适宫内节育器。Objective To analyze the effect of different intrauterine contraceptive devices(Mirena and Gynefix intrauterine device)in preventing re-pregnancy immediately after induced abortion.Methods 100 women who underwent induced abortion in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=50,Mirena intrauterine device)and control group(n=50,Gynefix intrauterine device).The effects of the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the time required for the upper loop,the amount of bleeding 2 h after surgery,the bleeding time after surgery,and the total incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).The one-year continuance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness and safety of immediate placement of the Mirena intrauterine device after induced abortion is better,but suitable contraceptive ring should be selected according to individual situation in clinical application.
