摘 要:目的探究急性有机磷农药中毒严重程度与代谢性酸中毒严重程度之间的相关性。方法回顾性研究莆田市第一医院2015年1月—2019年12月收治的有机磷农药中毒患者的临床病例资料,收集其一般资料、入院首次全血胆碱酯酶浓度、入院首次血气分析结果等进行统计,分析相关性。结果全血胆碱酯酶下降程度与pH、HCO3-、BE呈正相关,与Lac呈负相关,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论急性有机磷农药中毒患者应尽早及持续进行血气分析监测,若出现代谢性酸中毒,必要时早期应用碱性药物干预。Objective To explore the relationship between the severity of poisoning in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and the severity of metabolic acidosis.Methods The clinical data of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to the first hospital of Putian city from January 2015 to December 2019 were retrospectively studied.The general data,the first admission whole blood cholinesterase concentration,the first admission blood gas analysis results were collected for statistics and correlation analysis.Results The decrease of whole blood cholinesterase was positively correlated with pH,HCO3-,BE,and negatively correlated with Lac,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning should conduct blood gas analysis and monitoring as soon as possible.Modern catabolic acidosis should be intervened with alkaline drugs if necessary.
