摘　　要：目的探讨长春西汀联合氢化泼尼松对突发性耳聋患者的治疗效果。方法选取2014年6月—2018年6月本院收治的突发性耳聋患者122例,随机分为两组,对照组患者应用长春西汀进行治疗,研究组患者应用长春西汀联合氢化泼尼松进行治疗。比较两组疗效、凝血功能和纤维蛋白溶解功能。结果研究组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组纤维蛋白溶解功能相关因子水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,研究组内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)明显低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前两组各项凝血指标差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后研究组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)均高于对照组,血小板因子(PF)低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论应用长春西汀联合氢化泼尼松治疗突发性耳聋患者,相比单独用药治疗效果更好,值得推广到临床上应用。Objective To investigate the effect of vinpocetine combined with prednisone hydroxide on sudden deafness patients and the coagulation function and fibrinolysis function of patients.Methods 122 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2018 were selected and randomLy divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with vinpocetine and those in the study group were treated with vinpocetine combined with prednisone hydroxide.The curative effect,coagulation function and fibrinolysis function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of fibrinolytic function related factors between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,endothelin(ET)and nitric oxide(NO)in the study group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and superoxide dismutase(SOD)was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the coagulation indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,prothrombin time(PT),partial prothrombin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)in the study group were higher than that in the control group,while platelet factor(PF)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vinpocetine combined with prednisone hydrogenated in the treatment of sudden deafness patients,compared with the single drug treatment effect is better,it is worth popularizing to clinical application.
