循证护理在缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿中的实施效果

摘　　要：目的探究基础护理结合循证护理在缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿护理中的价值。方法选取本院2017年6月—2018年12月收治的98例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿为研究对象,随机将其分为两组。其中,对照组49例,采用基础护理模式,循证组49例,采用基础护理结合循证护理模式。对比两组患儿的护理满意度及循MDI评分与PDI评分。结果循证组护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05),护理后循证组患儿3、6月龄的MDI评分与PDI评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对缺氧缺血性脑病患儿进行护理时,在基础护理的基础上加入循证护理,可有效提升护理满意度,促进患儿生长发育,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the value of basic nursing combined with evidence-based nursing in the nursing of neonates with hypoxicischemic encephalopathy.Methods 98 neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in the control group and 49 cases in the evidence-based group.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared,and the scores of MDI and PDI were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the evidence-based group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The MDI score and PDI score of the children at the age of 3 and 6 months after nursing of the evidence-based group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When nursing the children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,on the basis of basic nursing and evidence-based nursing,it can effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing,promote the growth and development of children,and has high clinical application value.
