摘  要:为研究轴流泵装置进水流道出流压力脉动信号的能量及频谱特征,采用在进水流道出口设置脉动传感器的方法,对采集的脉动信号进行小波分解重构以提取脉动特征信息.结果表明:小流量工况时各测点压力幅值均方根最大,不同工况时各测点在分解重构的子频带(0~31.25Hz)内压力幅值均方根最大.各测点在分解重构的子频带(0~31.25Hz)内所具有的能量随流量的增加而增大,进水流道出口脉动能量主要集中于1倍转频所在的子频带.当偏离最优工况时,流道出口的脉动总能量将变大.各工况时进水流道出口脉动主频均为转频和叶片数的乘积,次主频存在差异.各子频带中脉动主频幅值均随流量的减小呈先减小后增大的趋势.In order to study spectrum characteristics and energy feature of outflow pressure fluctuation in the elbow inlet conduit of axial-flow pumping system,pressure fluctuation signals were obtained by means of pressure transduces installed in outlet section of elbow inlet conduit.The pressure fluctuation signals were analyzed by using wavelet package to extract the low frequency characteristics information.The results show that,the root mean square of the pressure fluctuation amplitude is largest for different monitoring points in small flow condition.The root mean square of the pressure fluctuation amplitude is largest in the reconstructed frequency band(0~31.25Hz)in different operating conditions.With the increase of flowrate,pressure fluctuation energy gradually increases in the reconstructed frequency band(0~31.25Hz).The pressure fluctuation energy mainly is in the reconstructed frequency band(0~31.25Hz)which contains rotational frequency.When axial-flow pumping systems don't operate in the optimal condition,the total pressure fluctuation energy of the outlet section of elbow inlet conduit will become larger.The pressure fluctuation main frequency of each measuring points is equal to the product of rotational frequency and the numbers of impeller blade for the outlet section of elbow inlet conduit in different operating conditions.The secondary frequency are different in different operating conditions.With the decrease of flowrate,the amplitude of main frequency decreases firstly then increases in each reconstructed frequency band for each measuring points.
