摘 要:针对节点域强度变化对H型钢柱梁节点力学性能影响的不明确性,本文以节点域强度为主要研究参量,制作5组H型钢柱梁节点试件,通过加载试验和有限元分析,研究不同节点域强度试件(模型)的承载力、刚度、变形、应变及变形贡献率等性能.结果表明:随着节点域强度提升,试件的最大承载力和初始刚度增大,但是变形能力下降;Rpb<0.8时,试件变形主要集中在节点域;而节点域强度最高的试件,其梁变形最大,梁翼缘和腹板在过焊孔附近出现应变集中;且随着节点域强度增大,分析模型的梁腹板承担剪力增大,梁翼缘承担剪力减小,但是梁分担的剪力比例增加;当模型处于弹性状态时,梁的变形贡献率比节点域大;而模型塑性变形后,Rpb<0.8的模型中,节点域的变形贡献率更大,其他模型中梁的变形贡献率更大.Aim to the uncertainty for the influence of mechanical properties caused by the strength variation of H-shaped steel column beam joints,in this paper,the strength of panel zone is taken as the main research parameter,and five sets of specimens with H-shaped steel column beam jointare designed,the bearing capacity,stiffness,deformation,strain and deformation contribution ratio etc.are researched with loading test and finite element analysis in these specimens.The results show that the maximum bearing capacity and initial stiffness of the specimen increase with the increase of the strength of the panel zone,but the deformation decreases.When Rpb<0.8,the specimen deformation is mainly concentrated in the panel zone,and the beam deformation in the strongest panel zone specimen is the largest,and the strain of beam flange and Web is concentrated near the weld hole.With the increase of the strength of the panel zone,the shear force sharing ratio in the beam Web increases,while decreases in the beam flange decreases,but the shear ratio of the beam is increased.When the model is in the elastic state,the beam deformation contributes is larger.After the plastic deformation,the deformation contribution ratio of the panel zone is larger in the model of Rpb<0.8,and the contribution of the deformation of beam is larger in the other models.
