摘　　要：针对小水电站补偿处理中存在的问题分析、总结,通过如何解决问题、缓解大中型水利水电工程业主与小水电权属人之间的矛盾,提出相关想法和建议,可供类似工程借鉴。Based on the analysis and summary of the problems existing in the compensation treatment of small hydropower stations,this paper puts forward relevant ideas and suggestions on how to solve the problems and alleviate the contradictions between the owners of large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects and the owners of small hydropower stations for reference.
