柔软剂对印花棉织物整理性能的影响

摘　　要：棉织物印花后需要使用柔软剂进行后整理,从而得到不同的手感风格。为了保证柔软剂的使用既能使织物得到不同的手感,又不会过多地影响织物的颜色及断裂强力,介绍了一种三元共聚有机硅类柔软剂和一种季铵化聚醚嵌段氨基硅油柔软剂在棉织物数码印花后整理中的应用,探究了不同的使用配比对织物颜色、毛效、断裂强力、抗皱性及手感的影响。结果表明:柔软剂的使用不会对印花织物的颜色造成破坏;季铵化聚醚嵌段氨基硅油柔软剂可使织物具有棉质柔软的特点,三元共聚有机硅类柔软剂可使棉织物具有滑爽的特点,两者复配可使织物兼顾滑爽、棉质柔软的手感。After printing,cotton fabrics need to be treated with softener to get different handle styles,such as smooth,thick,cotton texture.In order to ensure that the use of softeners can not only make the fabric feel different,but also not affect the color and breaking strength of the fabric,the application of a ternary copolymer silicone softener and a quaternary ammonium polyether block amino silicone softener in the finishing of cotton fabric digital printing is introduced.The effects of different proportions on fabric color,wool effect,breaking strength,crease resistance and handle are studied.The results show that the use of softener will not damage the color of printed fabric.In addition,the quaternary ammonium polyether block amino silicone oil softener makes the fabric soft and the terpolymer silicone softener makes the cotton fabric smooth.Finally,the combination of the two can make the fabric both smooth and soft.
