摘 要:海藻酸钠作为一种最广泛使用的活性印花糊料已经被大家所认可。但经传统的海藻酸钠处理的细支高密人棉的得色量和渗透性较差,无法满足客户要求。现推出细支高密人棉专用型海藻酸钠BMGM,对该型号海藻酸钠进行理化性质研究,并进行应用实验。结果表明:BMGM性能优异,表面得色量和渗透性均较好,同时手感上佳,是一种非常适合细支高密人棉使用的活性印花糊料。Sodium alginate as the most widely used reactive printing paste had been approved by everyone.But the color yield and penetration of fine count and high density rayon treated by traditional alginate products was poor,which was unable to meet customer requirements.The special sodium alginate BMGM for fine count and high density rayon was introduced.The physical and chemical properties of this type of sodium alginate were studied,and the application experiment was carried out.The results showed that BMGM had excellent performance,such as good surface color yield and penetration,and the feel was good.It was a very suitable reactive printing paste for fine count and high density rayon.
