洗涤剂去污性能评估方法的研究

摘　　要：研究了一种利用家用波轮洗衣机评估洗涤剂去污性能的新型方法。通过实验测试污布的质量,研究最适洗涤温度、波轮洗衣机陪洗物用量,比较不同洗涤条件下污布的洗涤结果。结果表明,7种实际污渍污布质量稳定,均匀性良好,最适洗涤温度为(25±1)℃;在波轮洗衣机洗涤时,陪洗物用量根据标识洗涤容量选择0.2k;在波轮洗衣机洗涤条件下,7种实际污渍污布和Equest公司污布的洗涤效果都随洗涤剂用量的提高而提高,不同洗涤剂对7种实际污渍污布的洗涤结果和去污机洗涤条件下的结果趋势一致。A new evaluation method for decontamination performance of detergents using domestic pulsator washing machine was studied.The quality of the stained cloth was tested though experiments.The optimum washing temperature and the amount of the laundry in the pulsator washing machine were examined to compare washing results of the stained cloths under different washing conditions.The results showed that the quality of seven kinds of actual stained cloths was stable and the uniformity was good,and the optimum washing temperature was(25±1)℃.The amount of the laundry to be washed by the pulsator washing machine was 0.2k according to the marked washing capacity.Under the washing condition of wave wheel washing machine,the washing effect of seven kinds of actual stained cloths increased with the increase of the detergent dosage,which was consistent with the result of the Equest corporation,and the washing results of seven kinds of actual stained cloths with different kinds of detergents were consistent with the results under the washing condition of the decontamination machine.
