摘　　要：运用实证和量化研究的方法,深度分析中东、中亚和非洲的案例,全面阐述中国能源外交的重商主义新内涵,从经济学逻辑、能源安全政策和国际市场结构等维度,研判能源外交与国有企业参与对外投资分配的关系和影响因素,明确发挥国有企业作用,有力推动中国能源外交。This article uses empirical and quantitative research methods to conduct an in-depth analysis to cases in the Middle East,Central Asia,and Africa. It comprehensively elaborates on the new implications of mercantilism in China’s energy diplomacy. Based on economic logic,energy security policy,international market structures,and other dimensions,it determines the connection between energy diplomacy and state-owned enterprises that participate in foreign investment allocation and the influencing factors,clarifies the development of state-owned enterprises’ function,and strongly promotes China’s energy diplomacy.
