摘　　要：按照工程管理专业人才培养的要求,法律素质是工程管理专业学生必须具备的职业素质。工程管理专业法律素质教育的内涵包括法律知识素质教育和法律实践能力培养两个方面。本文从工程管理专业法律课程体系的架构和工程管理专业学生的法律实践能力培养两个方面进行了分析,提出了工程管理专业学生应掌握法律知识的内容和培养学生法律实践能力的途径,可用于工程管理专业法律类课程教学活动的指导,最终实现提高工程管理专业学生法律素质的目标。According to the requirement of Talent Training Plan to engineering management professionals,legal quality is the necessary quality that engineering management major students must have. The connotation of legal quality education to engineering management students includes legal knowledge education and legal practice ability training. In this paper,the structure of the legal courses for engineering management and the cultivation of practical ability to engineering management students are analyzed. It puts forward the approaches for engineering management students to master the contents of legal knowledge and to cultivate legal practice ability. These approaches can be used as the guidance for the teaching activities of legal courses,and ultimately realize the goal of improving the legal quality of engineering management students.
