新冠肺炎疫情危机下武汉方舱医院建设与体育场馆功能拓展的研究

摘　　要：方舱医院的投入使用,是武汉防控新冠肺炎疫情的关键之举,也是中国抗疫的重要经验和成果。通过问卷调查、实地调查等方法研究武汉体育场馆方舱医院建设施工流程、设施设备改造、信息化智能化建设、运营管理特色和功能状态转换等方面的中国经验和成果,并在此基础上提出新常态下我国体育场馆新功能拓展要在空间布局上形成城市整体应急防控网络体系,在规划设计上兼顾体育场馆本体和应急功能,在场馆运营上健全体育场馆智能化综合管理平台,在建设标准上制定场馆新功能标准体系。The utilization of makeshift hospitals were the key to contain the corona virus in Wuhan and throughout China.Through questionnaire,field survey and other research methods,this paper analyzed the construction process,facility and equipment renovation,intelligent informatization construction,operation and management characteristics and functional transformation of the makeshift hospitals.Under the new norm,the sports stadium in China should be adapted to the be part of the city emergency rescue system with better arrangement of space,design,operation management and construction standards.Precautions should be taken for emergency and for ordinary use.Science and technology should be used to improve the intelligent management platform of the stadium.Standards should be set through transformation of the stadium function and system.
