摘　　要：收集并总结郑州大学第一附属医院内分泌及代谢病科2018年1月收治的1例52岁女性B型胰岛素抵抗综合征(B⁃IRS)糖尿病合并干燥综合征患者资料,随访BG、Ins等并分析其临床特征及治疗方案。糖皮质激素联合环磷酰胺可能对B⁃IRS有效,需及时随访并调整糖皮质激素用量,定期评估胰岛功能和合并症情况。To collect and summarize the data of a 52 year old female with type B insulin resistance syndrome(B⁃IRS)diabetes mellitus with Sjogren syndrome admitted in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism,the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in January 2018.The changes of BG and Ins were followed up,and the clinical characteristics and treatment plan were analyzed.Glucocorticoid combined with cyclophosphamide may be effective for B⁃IRS.Timely follow⁃up and adjustment of glucocorti⁃coid dosage are needed.Islet function and complications should be evaluated regularly.
