摘　　要：目的了解宁波市农村居民慢性病防治素养水平及其影响因素,为进一步做好全市农村慢性病防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样在宁波市抽取15~69岁当地常住居民,使用居民健康素养监测调查问卷进行问卷调查,提取农村居民数据分析慢性病防治素养水平及影响因素。结果2019年宁波市农村居民慢性病防治素养具备率为34.83%。不同性别(χ^2=8.83,P<0.05)、年龄(χ^2=301.63,P<0.05)、文化程度(χ^2=521.32,P<0.05)、职业(χ^2=314.87,P<0.05)、慢性病患病情况(χ^2=108.04,P<0.05)的农村居民慢性病防治素养水平差异有统计学意义。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:文化程度是影响宁波农村居民慢性病防治素养的主要因素。结论宁波市慢性病防治工作已初见成效,但与慢性病防控的形势和任务相比,农村居民慢性病防治素养仍有待提升。下阶段的农村慢性病防治工作应重点对文化程度较低者实施干预措施,提升农村慢性病防治素养水平。Objective To know about the prevention literacy level of rural residents with chronic non-communicable diseases and its influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of chronic diseases in the rural areas of Ningbo City.Methods Permanent residents aged 15~69 in Ningbo City were selected by multi-stage stratified random sampling,and a questionnaire survey was conducted,s were collected to analyze the level of chronic non-communicable diseases prevention literacy and its influencing factors.Results In 2019,the chronic non-communicable diseases prevention literacy rate of the rural residents was 34.83%.The results showed that there was significant difference in the chronic non-communicable diseases prevention literacy level of the rural residents with different sex(χ^2=8.83,P<0.05),age(χ^2=301.63,P<0.05),education(χ^2=521.32,P<0.05),occupation(χ^2=314.87,P<0.05)and chronic condition(χ^2=108.04,P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that education was the influencing factor of chronic non-communicable diseases prevention literacy of rural residents in Ningbo.Conclusion The prevention and control of chronic diseases in Ningbo has achieved good results,but compared with the situation and task of prevention and control of chronic diseases,the chronic non-communicable diseases prevention literacy of rural residents still needs to be improved.Intervention measures should be carried out focusing on the less educated in the next stage,to enhance the level of chronic non-communicable diseases prevention literacy.
