摘 要:研究了x和y方向的非对称抛物受限势的受限长度lx和ly对GaAs非对称半指数量子阱中弱耦合极化子振动频率性质的影响.采用线性组合算符和两次幺正变换的方法导出了GaAs非对称半指数量子阱中弱耦合极化子的振动频率随x和y方向的非对称抛物受限势的受限长度lx和ly和非对称半指数受限势的两个参数的变化关系.通过数值计算分析研究结果表明GaAs非对称半指数量子阱的振动频率是受限势参量U0的增函数,是参量σ的减函数.极化子的振动频率随x和y方向的非对称抛物受限势的受限长度lx和ly的减小而迅速增大,表现出奇特的量子尺寸限制效应.The influence of the confinement lengths lx and ly the asymmetrical parabolic confinement potential of the x-and y-directions on properties of the vibrational frequency of the weak-coupling polaron in a GaAs asym⁃metrical semi-exponential quantum well were studied in this paper.The vibrational frequency of the weak-cou⁃pling polaron in a GaAs asymmetrical semi-exponential quantum well varying with the confinement lengths lx and ly the asymmetrical parabolic confinement potential of the x-and y-directions and the two parameters of the asymmetrical semi-exponential confinement potential is investigated by using linear combination operator and the two unitary transformations methods.The numerical calculated results indicate that the vibrational fre⁃quency of the polaron in a GaAa asymmetrical semi-exponential quantum well are a lifting function of the param⁃eter U0,whereas they are a decaying one of the parameter σ.The vibrational frequency of the polaron increas⁃es with the increasing the confinement lengths lx and ly the asymmetrical parabolic confinement potential of the x-and y-directions.There can be attributed to the interesting quantum size confinement effcts.
