摘　　要：地方高校的农业硕士研究生教育旨在为地方培养高层次应用型人才,在服务区域经济及社会发展中发挥着重要作用.因历史和现实因素的制约,地方高校农业硕士培养存在着诸多问题,文章分析了地方高校培养定位模糊、培养模式单一、培养环节不连贯等问题,并具体及有针对性地提出解决思路,以期为提高地方高校全日制农业硕士研究生的培养质量提供借鉴.The agricultural postgraduate education at local universities aims to cultivate high-level applied talents for local areas,and plays an important role in serving regional economic and social development. Due to historical and practical factors,there are many problems in the cultivation of master of agriculture programs at local universities. This paper analyzes the problems such as fuzzy training positioning,single training mode of local colleges and universities,and incoherent training links. Specific and targeted solutions are proposed to provide a reference for improving the cultivation quality of full-time master of agriculture at local universities.
