摘　　要：系统梳理了国内外学者关于地方政府债务风险的构成要素和评价指标等研究内容,在此基础上从经济体制、财政体制、政治体制和管理体制等方面对中国地方政府债务风险的形成机理进行了分析。This paper systematically sorts out the research theories of domestic and foreign scholars on the components and evaluation indexes of local government debt risks,and analyzes the formation mechanism of local government debt risk in China in terms of economic,financial,political and management systems.
