均衡管理在南水北调中线水源工程档案管理中的应用

摘　　要：为了建立科学高效的工程档案管理体系,将均衡管理方法应用于工程档案管理。介绍了南水北调中线水源工程档案管理中均衡管理的应用经验,包括参建各方职责划分、文件管理与档案管理、档案目录与实体管理、关键环节任务分配、档案专项验收准备等5个方面,涉及档案管理职责、管理流程、任务分工等3项内容,使档案管理体系得到调整优化。To establish scientific and effective system for engineering archives management,the equilibrium man⁃agement can be applied.The experiences of applying equilibrium management in archives management of Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion was introduced from 5 aspects:specifying the responsibilities among the unities involved in the construction,the management of files and archives,the management of index and archives,the assignment of tasks in key steps and the preparation of special check and acceptance for the achieves.The whole management includes the management responsibility,process and assignment of tasks.The system ad⁃justed and improved the management system of the archives.
