摘　　要：介绍一种用于40.5 kV SF6充气柜新型三工位隔离开关结构,整体小型化,对于气体绝缘来说,所配合的气箱体积也相对减小了,开关结构整体主要通过传动机构、齿轮、传动轴、连杆、隔离刀片来实现接通负荷、隔离电路、可靠接地,结构简单,安装方便,大大降低了成本,提高了使用寿命,保证了对隔离开关角度长期的精准控制以及产品质量。Ntroduction of a 40.5 kV SF6 The new three position isolating switch structure of the gas fi lled cabinet is miniaturized as a whole.For gas insulation,the volume of the matching gas box is relatively reduced.In addition,the switch structure is mainly used to connect the load,isolate the circuit and reliably ground through the transmission mechanism,gear,transmission shaft,connecting rod and isolation blade.Moreover,the structure is simple,the installation is convenient,and the cost is greatly reduced,It improves the service life and ensures the long-term precise control of the angle of the disconnector and the product quality.
