摘  要:长江水上加油站光柴储智能微电网系统以光伏发电为主、柴油发电为辅,富裕电量存储,用电时采取智能分级控制以保证站级系统、液位仪、视频监控、网络等核心设备用电。通过智能开关控制负载回路,当蓄电池电量低于设定值,断开非核心设备,以保核心设备用电,同时发出警报。光伏充电或柴油机补充充电达到设定值以上时警报解除,恢复给非核心设备供电。研究探索建立微电网监控平台,远程监测设备状态、用电状态,方便系统维护。通过研究长江水上加油站24h不间断供电,站级系统、液位仪、视频监控、网络等系统和设备得到正常应用,彻底解决了自用油和销售价格、安全等监管难的问题,油品损耗明显好转,销售价格得到有效管控,柴油机及电器维修费明显下降。The smart microgrid system of the Yangtze River Water Station Optical Diesel Storage is mainly based on photovoltaic power generation,supplemented by diesel power generation,rich power storage,and intelligent hierarchical control is adopted when power is used to ensure the core of station-level systems,level meters,video surveillance,and networks Equipment electricity.The load circuit is controlled by an intelligent switch.When the battery power is lower than the set value,the non-core equipment is disconnected to ensure that the core equipment uses electricity and an alarm is issued at the same time.When photovoltaic charging or diesel engine supplementary charging exceeds the set value,the alarm is released and power supply to non-core equipment is restored.Research and explore the establishment of a micro-grid monitoring platform to remotely monitor the status of equipment and power consumption to facilitate system maintenance.Through the study of the 24-hour uninterrupted power supply of the Yangtze River Water Gas Station,the station-level systems,level meters,video surveillance,network and other systems and equipment have been normally applied,which completely solved the problems of self-use oil and the diffi cult supervision of sales prices and safety.The loss has improved signifi cantly,sales prices have been effectively controlled,and maintenance costs for diesel engines and electrical appliances have been signifi cantly reduced.
