失效模式与效应分析理论对COVID-19疫情非隔离区护士标准预防依从信念的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)理论对COVID-19疫情非隔离区护士标准预防依从信念的影响。方法:在COVID-19疫情早期按FMEA理论研究步骤对非隔离区护士标准预防的执行情况进行干预。通过干预前后标准预防的风险优先指数(RPN)、护士标准预防依从信念量表得分及标准预防执行率来评价效果。结果:实施FMEA干预后COVID-19疫情非隔离区护士标准预防的RPN明显降低,标准预防依从信念量得分及标准预防执行率明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:应用FMEA可有效提高COVID-19疫情非隔离区护士标准预防依从信念,降低COVID-19感染及传播的风险。Objective:To explore the impact of failure mode and effect analysis theory(FMEA)on the standard precaution compliance belief of nurses in the non-isolated wards during the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods:In the early stage of the COVID-19 epidemic,FMEA research steps were taken to intervene in the implementation of standard precaution for nurses in non-isolated wards.The effect was evaluated by the risk priority number(RPN)of standard precaution before and after the intervention and by the score of standard precaution compliance belief scale of nurses as well as implementation rate of standard precaution.Results:After the implementation of FMEA intervention,the standard priority risk index value of nurses in the non-isolated wards during the COVID-19 epidemic was significantly reduced,and the score of standard precaution compliance belief and implementation rate of standard precaution was significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of FMEA can effectively improve the standard of precaution and compliance of nurses in the non-isolated wards during the COVID-19 epidemic and can reduce the risk of infection and spread of the COVID-19 virus and other epidemics.
