木地肤去翅种子包衣材料的筛选

摘　　要：【目的】以木地肤去翅种子为研究对象,通过包衣处理,筛选出粘结材料、高分子吸水材料以及填充材料最优的包衣配比.【方法】通过单因子试验先分别筛选出木地肤去翅种子萌发表现较好的单因素材料用量,再采用三因素四水平的正交试验法进行木地肤包衣去翅种子试验配合比筛选.【结果】木地肤的去翅种子包衣,粘结材料优选顺序为0.2%阿拉伯胶,0.5%聚乙烯醇,0.2%羧甲基纤维素钠,0.2%壳聚糖;吸水材料优选顺序为种药比8.0%,11.0%,14.0%;填充材料优选顺序为蛭石,硅藻土+高岭土,高岭土+蛭石.【结论】在试验材料中,对木地肤包衣去翅种子发芽率的影响因素从大到小排列为,填充材料>吸水材料>粘结材料,最优组合为0.2%阿拉伯胶×14.0%吸水剂×高岭土+蛭石.【Objective】To screen the suitable materials(for binding,water-absorbing and filling)and formula for coating the bract-free seeds of Kochia prostrata in order to improve the seed germination.【Method】The binding material,high-molecular water-absorbing material and filling material were screened through single factor experiment and then the orthogonal test of three factors and four levels was used to screen the optimal formula.【Result】The performance rank of binding material was 0.2%gum arabic,0.5%polyvinyl alcohol,0.1%sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 0.2%chitosan;and the performance rank of water-absorbing material percentage was 8%,11%and 14%;and it was vermiculite,diatomite+kaolin,kaolin+vermiculite for filling materials.【Conclusion】The rank of factors influencing the germination rate of coated seeds was filling material>water-absorbing material>bonding material;the optimal formula was 0.2%Arabic gum,14%high polymer absorbent resin,kaolin and vermiculite.
