摘  要:法兰管理是海洋石油工程项目为防止法兰节点泄露而采取的一项重要保障措施,从项目开始建造直到投产运行都起着至关重要的作用,目前越来越受到国内外海洋石油工程项目的重视。对于万吨级的海洋平台来讲,法兰节点数量至少上千个,如何快速高效地出具节点报告并实时跟踪法兰节点施工动态是现场检验人员和项目管理人员关注的重点。本文针对此需求,描述了一种解决方案,本方案在项目一开始就制订了法兰节点数据模板、报告模板,技术方、施工方、检验方、项目组等各相关部门通过网页共享数据,并能实现自动生成报告和动态跟踪节点状态的功能,本方案经过项目的实际运行,效果良好,其中的经验可供相关需求单位参考。Flange management is an important safeguard measure to prevent the leakage of flange joints in offshore oil engineering projects.It plays an important role from the beginning of construction to the operation.At present,it is more and more valued by both home and abroad offshore oil engineering projects.For 10000 t offshore platform,the number of flange joints is at least thousands.How to quickly and efficiently issue joint reports and track the construction status is the focus of field inspectors and project management teams.According to this demand,this paper describes a method.Atl the beginning of the project,develop the flange joints data template and report template.The designer,the constructor,the inspector,the project team and other relevant departments can share data through the web page,and can get the reports automatically and track the joints status dynamically.This method has been well used at actual project and provides a reference for peoples with the same demand.
