摘 要:水下压缩机是海上气田开发的关键设备之一,可以实现水下气田长距离回接、延长气田寿命、提高采收率等。近年来,有两种不同类型的水下压缩机成功实现了现场应用,它们是水下对转轴流式压缩机和水下离心式压缩机。本文首先分析了水下对转轴流式压缩机和水下离心式压缩机的结构、工作原理及特点,然后基于两种压缩机的工作原理和特点,结合它们的关键参数,针对典型的工程实例,分析了水下压缩机的选型方法。研究表明,气田规模、增压需求和井流气液比是影响压缩机选型的关键因素。本文研究可为海上气田水下压缩机选型提供指导。The subsea gas compressor is one of the key equipment in the development of offshore gas field,which can realize long-distance connection of subsea gas field,prolong gas field life and enhance gas recovery.In recent years,two different types of subsea compressors have been successfully applied in the field,including contra-rotating compressor and centrifugal compressor.Firstly,this paper analyzes the structure,working principle and characteristics of the contra-rotating compressor and the centrifugal compressor.Based on the principles and characteristics of the two types of compressors,combined with the calculation of key parameters of subsea compressor,the selection method of subsea compressor is analyzed for typical engineering examples.The results show that gas field scale,pressurization demand and well flow gas-liquid ratio are the key factors affecting compressor selection.This study can provide guidance for the selection of subsea compressors in offshore gas fields.
