摘 要:氯氧镁混凝土中涂层对钢筋防护的退化是一个缓慢的过程,为解决镁水泥混凝土中涂层钢筋的寿命预测问题,对氯氧镁涂层钢筋混凝土进行溶液浸泡实验,采用电化学工作站对镁水泥涂层钢筋混凝土进行电化学试验,实测出表征涂层钢筋锈蚀的腐蚀电流密度。以相对腐蚀电流密度评价参数作为涂层的退化指标,采用最小二乘法对Weibull参数进行估计,在Weibull函数的基础上对涂层钢筋耐久性退化进行建模表明:相对锈蚀评价参数可以作为耐久性退化指标,Weibull分布函数可以很好的反映出镁水泥混凝土中涂层钢筋的耐久性退化过程。Coating protection degradation for steel bar in magnesium oxychloride concrete is a slow process.In order to solve the problems in life prediction of the coated steel bar in the magnesium cement concrete,solution immersion test,and then electrochemical experiment of the magnesium concrete coated steel concrete were performed by electrochemical workstation.Corrosion current density of the steel concrete was measured during the experimant.Evaluation parameter of the relative corrosion current density was used as the indicator of coating degradation.Weibull parameters are estimated by the least squares method,and the residual corrosion life of the steel is modeled on the basis of the Weibull function.The results show that relative corrosion evaluation parameter can be used as indicators of durability degradation and the Weibull distribution function can well reflect the durability degradation process of the coated steel bars in the magnesium cement concrete.The foundation is laid for establishing the corrosion life model of corroded steel bar in magnesium cement concrete.
