摘 要:通过高温熔融法制备了Ho3+\Yb3+\Tm3+\Ce3+共掺铋碲酸盐玻璃(60Bi2O3-20TeO2-10ZnO-10BaF2)并测试分析了其热稳定性、拉曼散射性能、吸光性能与受激发射性能。研究了Ce3+浓度对2μm发光的影响。根据Judd-Ofelt理论,分析计算了Ho3+的各项光谱参数,计算了Ho3+的吸收截面与发射截面。研究结果表明,在980nmLD激发下,当掺杂0.6mol%Ce3+时,2μm发射峰强度增加60%。Ho3+∶5I7能级的寿命达5.02ms,2μm处的最大发射截面为0.49×10-20cm2。这些性能表明Ho3+\Yb3+\Tm3+\Ce3+共掺铋碲酸盐玻璃是一种良好的2μm激光玻璃。Ho 3+\\Yb 3+\\Tm 3+\\Ce 3+co-doped bismuth tellurite glass was synthesized using melt-quenching method.Thermal stability,Raman scattering,light absorption and emission of the glass were tested.The effect of Ce 3+ions on 2μm luminescence was studied.The spectral parameter,absorption cross-sections and emission cross-sections of Ho 3+were also calculated according to Judd-Ofelt theory.The emission intensity of 2μm is increased by 60%under the excitation of 980 nm LD when 0.6 mol%Ce 3+is added.The radiative lifetime of Ho 3+∶5I 7 is up to 5.02 ms,and the maximum emission cross-section at 2μm is 0.49×10-20 cm 2.All the results indicate that Ho 3+\\Yb 3+\\Tm 3+\\Ce 3+co-doped bismuth tellurite glass is a good candidate for 2μm laser glass.
