摘  要:以壳聚糖(CS)为聚合物基质的铸膜液中,原位制备四氨基酞菁铜(CuTAPc),借助戊二醛的交联作用合成四氨基酞菁铜/壳聚糖复合膜。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对酞菁铜的结构进行表征,并使用紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)、扫描电镜(SEM)等分析测试手段对制得的四氨基酞菁铜/壳聚糖复合膜的形貌和光电性能进行表征。研究结果表明,该复合膜在300~900nm范围内有吸收,覆盖可见光区(400~760nm)。交联结构的引入,使得四氨基酞菁铜和壳聚糖形成化学交联的整体,膜结构变得更加致密,改善了复合膜含水率高、溶胀度高及四氨基酞菁铜易流失等问题。当四氨基酞菁铜质量分数为15%时,含水率和溶胀度分别为240%和37.62%,仅占未交联复合膜的10%左右,同时研究中未发现该复合膜中存在四氨基酞菁铜流失的现象。A tetraaminophthalocyanine copper (CuTAPc)/chitosan(CS) composite membrane was synthesized by using CS as a polymer matrix and glutaraldehyde as a crosslinking agent. Before the above synthesis CuTAPc was prepared in situ in the casting solution of CS. Structure of copper phthalocyanine was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), the morphology and photoelectric properties of the composite membrane were tested and characterized by means of ultraviolet visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), etc. The results show that the composite membrane absorbs lights with the wavelength in the range of 300-900 nm, completely covering the visible region (400-760 nm). The introduction of the crosslinking agent causes CuTAPc and CS to form a chemically crosslinked whole and membrane structure becomes more dense, which improves water content, degree of swelling, and easy loss of CuTAPc. When the quality score of CuTAPc is 15%, water content and degree of swelling are 240% and 37.62%, which are only 10% of the uncrosslinked composite membrane, CuTAPc in this series of composite membranes is not found to have any loss.
