摘　　要：中国马铃薯产业的发展对于保障中国乃至世界粮食安全具有重要的意义。中国马铃薯种植面积和总产位居世界第一,但存在生产规模小、机械化水平低、病虫草害频发、单产低和产业链条不完善等诸多问题。根据气候和种植制度,研究细化了中国不同种植区马铃薯主要生产特点,结合现状总结了影响中国马铃薯产业发展的主要限制因子,并针对生产中的主要问题,提出未来中国马铃薯产业发展的相应对策和措施,为提升中国马铃薯主产区单产水平,保障马铃薯产业稳步发展和粮食安全提供参考。The development of China's potato production is of great significance for ensuring food security in China and the world.The total planting area and fresh yield of potato in China rank the first in the world.However,there are still many problems in China's potato production,such as small production scale,low mechanization level,frequent occurrence of pests and diseases,low yield level,and imperfect industrial chain.According to the climate characteristics and cropping system,the study described in detail the main characteristics of potato production in China's different cropping regions.In addition,the study summarized the main limiting factors affecting the development of China's potato industry and proposed the corresponding strategies to deal with the current main problems in potato production for the future development of China's potato industry.This study could provide scientific references for boosting the potato yield level,ensuring the stable development of the potato industry,and maintaining food security in China.
