新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下本科护生职业决策自我效能水平及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探索新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下本科护生职业决策自我效能。方法:采用便利抽样方法选取上海杉达学院本科护理专业大一、大二学生为研究对象进行大学生职业决策自我效能量表问卷调查,共回收有效问卷355份,有效问卷回收率98.1%。结果:新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下本科护生职业决策自我效能总均分为(3.40±0.64)分。生源地、是否为学生干部、母亲文化程度、父母对专业学习支持程度和对护理专业喜爱程度的差异对本科护生职业决策自我效能总分的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05);是否为学生干部、母亲文化程度和对护理专业喜爱程度是新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下本科护生职业决策自我效能的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:高校护理教育工作者应注重以下几点工作:(1)根据学生特点注重教学形式的多元化及管理模式的人性化;(2)进行差异化教学管理,针对不同生源地学生因材施教;(3)鼓励学生踊跃担任学生干部,参与到一定的学校及社会活动中;(4)推进本科护士灾害护理教育,提升应对突发公共卫生事件的能力。Objective:To explore the career decision-making self-efficacy of undergraduate nursing students under the epidemic of COVID-19.Methods:By convenient sampling method,the freshmen and sophomore students of nursing specialty in Sanda University of Shanghai were selected as the research objects to conduct a questionnaire survey on the self-efficacy scale of university students’career decision-making,a total of 355 valid questionnaires were collected,and the recovery rate was 98.1%.Results:The score of career decision-making self-efficacy of undergraduate nursing students under covid-19 epidemic was(3.40±0.64).Differences in the place of origin,whether they were student leaders,the educational level of their mothers,the degree of parental support for professional learning and the degree of preference for nursing majors had statistically significant effects on the total score of career decision-making self-efficacy of undergraduate nursing students(P<0.05);whether they were student leaders,their mother’s education level,and their preference for nursing majors were the main factors influencing the selfefficacy of undergraduate nursing students’career decision-making under the epidemic of COVID-19(P<0.05).Conclusion:University nursing educators should pay attention to the following work:(1)according to the characteristics of students,the diversification of teaching forms and the humanization of management mode should be paid attention to;(2)differentiated teaching management is conducted and students are taught in accordance with their aptitude according to their origin;(3)students are encouraged to actively serve as student leaders and participate in certain school and social activities;(4)disaster nursing education is promoted for undergraduate nurses to enhance their ability to deal with public health emergencies.
