摘  要:阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池广泛应用于船舶应急电源系统。荷电状态(State of Charge,简称SOC也称剩余容量)是描述蓄电池状态的重要参数,体现了蓄电池的实际供电能力。SOC估计是蓄电池供电系统设计的核心任务,本文在对同组蓄电池放电试验验证基础上,探讨了在不同温度条件下,相同蓄电池组放电剩余容量的变化情况,并将研究结果指导船舶应急电源系统的蓄电池容量计算,以提升船舶蓄电池容量计算的准确性,为实船应急蓄电池电源设计提供设计依据。Valve-regulated sealed Lead-acid batteries are widely used in ship emergency power system.State of Charge(SOC),also known as remaining capacity,is one of the most important parameters which describes status of the battery,with showing the actual battery power capacity.SOC estimation is the focus for design of the system.On the basis of the discharge tests of the same group of batteries,this paper discusses the change of discharge residual capacity of the batteries under different temperatures,which can be used to guide the calculation of battery capacity of ship emergency power system in order to improve the accuracy of battery capacity calculation,and to provide the reference for the design of ship emergency power system.
